" We love our senior citizens "

Medicaid is funded by state and federal money. It is for people with low income who meet certain eligibility requirements and programs vary from state-to-state. The program mostly covers children, pregnant women, disabled adults, and seniors. Applications for the Florida Medicaid Program are made through the Department of Children and Families. Visit www.myflfamilies.com or call their toll-free number (866) 762-2237.

Let us care for your  family member who is a senior citizen.  As more elderly adults are choosing to live independently, family members and caretakers must make important choices about their daily care. In the majority of these situations, the primary caretakers are working children of the elderly that have limited time and ability to provide daily care. Many turn to hiring a home care nurse.   " Let us help "

Medicare is a federal program for people who are age 65 or older, persons with a disability, or those with end-stage kidney disease. Medicare eligibility is not based on income, and basic coverage is the same in each state. For information and questions call Medicare’s toll-free number (800) 633-4227 or TTY (877) 486-2048 or visit www.Medicare.gov.

For veterans and the surviving spouses of veterans who need in-home care or are in a nursing home, help may be available. The Veterans Administration (VA) has an underused pension benefit called Aid and Attendance that provides money to those who need assistance performing everyday tasks.
